I will provide validation, answer questions, and leave you with additional resources to integrate your experience into your life story. This package includes: Introductory Call, Journaling Activity Packet, Birth Story Processing Video Call, and Email Follow-up.

  • Birth Story Circle (Group Setting)

    (virtually or in-person)
    In our small group, we will start with some journal prompts before sharing our stories. We will close out our session with intention. You’ll leave with a memento of our time together and newfound connections to other parents.
