We read a book about a big sister (which we later purchased because it was so good!), talked about how to interact with babies and what parents do with new babies, sang songs, and did the cutest craft. After the class, we reiterated many of the concepts to my daughter and still reference them now that baby brother had arrived. My daughter had a great transition to being a big sister and I credit Courtney with teaching us a lot of the language and concepts to help our daughter grasp her new role and the upcoming changes.
